As a Charitable Incorporated Organisation under the UK Companies Acts, LRG is governed by Articles and a Memorandum of Association.
Over the years we have also produced a range of statements of policy, and continue to modify, modernise or add to these as necessary, notably in line with best practice recommended by the Charity Commission.
