Governance
Established as a charity and company limited by guarantee in 1983, in 2021 LRG changed its structure to that of a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). We retained the same charity number (287160) and are still registered with the Charity Commission.
Over the years we have also produced a range of statements of policy, and continue to modify, modernise or add to these as necessary, notably in line with best practice.
