“Originally from Coventry in the UK, I have moved around from the Côte d’Azur, to London, Paris and then back to London before settling in a small seaside town in County Waterford in the Republic of Ireland.  I studied European Studies and French at University of East London, followed by an MA in Contemporary History and Politics at Birkbeck College, University of London.  I am currently a final year PhD Candidate at Waterford Institute of Technology, creating a landscape biography of a parish located in the Comeragh Mountains in South East Ireland.  I place a strong emphasis on transdisciplinarity within my work, keen that research into landscapes is accessible for all audiences, particularly the communities that live and work in the regions we research.

I am delighted to be joining the Landscape Research Group, and am excited to be able to play a part in continuing its development and growth, promoting cross-border landscape research and collaboration.”
